The Property
Cordova Cottage sits on a quiet residential street in downtown St. Augustine's Historic District. The building is a classic two-story duplex: the Lower Suite occupies the ground floor and the Upper Suite occupies the second floor, reached by its own exterior staircase. Each suite is a complete 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment of roughly 1,466 sq ft with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and in-unit laundry.
The two suites connect only by exterior entries. Booked together, they sleep up to 12 across 6 bedrooms and 4 baths; booked separately, each sleeps 6.
