What you're booking

Booking the Full Cottage gives your group private use of the entire building: the Lower Suite and the Upper Suite, two separate 3BR/2BA apartments in one historic duplex. That means two full kitchens with stainless appliances, two living rooms, multiple dining areas, two laundry setups, the Lower Suite's front porch, and the Upper Suite's private balcony with seating for six.

The suites are connected by exterior entries only; there is no interior staircase between floors. That's the feature, not the catch: grandparents or the early-to-bed crew take one suite, night owls take the other, and everyone shares the porch, balcony, and parking.

• Outdoor: front porch (Lower) and private balcony seating six (Upper)
• Parking: gated parking with dedicated spaces for up to 6 standard-size vehicles
• Entry: keyless, with unique codes for each suite

Good for / not for

• Good for: multi-generation family trips, two families traveling together, friend groups, and wedding or event guests who need lodging near downtown.

• Not for: parties or events (not permitted), guests who need step-free access (the property is not handicap accessible; the Upper Suite requires a full flight of exterior stairs).

• Pet note: one dog under 35 lbs may be approved for the Lower Suite only, with a pet fee. The Upper Suite stays pet-free even on full-cottage bookings.
