Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM. Entry is keyless; codes are sent before arrival.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. The primary renter must be at least 26 and present for the stay.
Can we host a party or event?
No. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted in either suite or on the grounds.
Can I book just one suite?
Yes. The Lower Suite and Upper Suite each sleep 6 and book separately, or book the Full Cottage for up to 12.
Pets
Can I bring my dog?
Possibly, in the Lower Suite only: one well-behaved dog under 35 lbs, with prior approval and a pet fee. A photo of your pet and proof of a current rabies vaccine are required at booking. The Upper Suite is strictly pet-free, with no animals of any size, so guests with allergies always have a dander-free option. Unauthorized pets result in an additional fee and possible eviction.
Parking & Access
Is parking included?
Yes. Gated, off-street parking behind the house: up to 3 standard-size vehicles per suite, up to 6 with a full-cottage booking.
Are there stairs?
The Lower Suite is at ground level with a few entry steps. The Upper Suite is on the second floor and requires a full flight of exterior stairs.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
No. Cordova Cottage is a historic property and is not handicap accessible.
Are the two suites connected inside?
No. The suites connect by exterior entries only. There is no interior staircase between them.
